Disney+ has officially announced the production of the second season of the original action series 〈The Killers' Shopping Mall〉, which drew much attention last year.

On the 21st, Disney+ announced the production of Season 2 of 〈The Killers' Shopping Mall〉 through the official channel. This season will see the return of main actors Lee Dong-wook, Kim Hye-jun, Jo Han-sun, Geum Hae-na, Lee Tae-young, and Kim Min, who worked together in Season 1.

In particular, this season will see the addition of new actors. Joining the cast are Hyun-ri, a Korean-Japanese actor from the HBO drama 〈Tokyo Vice 2〉, Okada Masaki from the Oscar-nominated film 〈Drive My Car〉, and Jung Yoon-ha from the Netflix original 〈Trunk〉.

Director Lee Kwon, who worked on Season 1, and directed the film 〈Door Lock〉 and the drama 〈Save Me 2〉, will be directing again.

〈The Killers' Shopping Mall〉 is an action drama depicting the intense showdown between 'Murder Help', founded by Jung Jin-man (played by Lee Dong-wook), a former team leader of a mercenary company, and his previous agency 'Babylon'. Season 1 was praised by viewers for vividly portraying the tense situations arising as Jung Jin-man's only kin, his niece Jung Ji-an (played by Kim Hye-jun), becomes the target of killers.

Season 2 is expected to further unfold the intense confrontation between 'Murder Help' and the mercenary company 'Babylon'.
